We’ve been partnering with insurers to deal with claims effectively and to help reduce the incidence of claims in the future by identifying key areas of risk and delivering targeted training. We take a global approach to our insurance law practice. Our insurance specialists have strong relationships with brokers, insurers and underwriters in New Zealand, Australia, the wider Asia-Pacific region and London.
