We have also assisted in a number of disputes for a major Italian sub-contractor in the Third Set of Locks Expansion Project in Panama. The team has also acted as monitoring counsel and run arbitrations in countries as diverse as Abu Dhabi, Barbados, Singapore, Bolivia and Ghana.
