The members of GILC reflect on a successful 2021 and are ready for continued growth in 2022.

2021 was an exciting year for the network as two new firms joined in November. First was the leading Danish firm, ARK Law, who grew our European group to fourteen members. This was quickly followed by an expansion to our Asia-Pacific group by the addition of Duncan Cotterill, an ambitious New Zealand firm that will play a key role in the growth of the insurance industry in the region.

The rapid expansion of the network means it now makes up 20 firms spanning four continents, so our reach and ability to share expertise will be greater than ever before in 2022.

We are also looking forward to our Annual General Meeting in May, and the 2022 Radar Report which will come out the same month. In its fourth edition, the report will give a valuable snapshot into different countries’ insurance outlook. Our continued expansion means that every year’s report is more comprehensive than the last.

And as ever, the year ahead will be on in which our members can tap into GILC’s international expertise and resources, ensuring that they meet all the needs of their clients.
